You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached—just like when it left our greenhouse!

What Can Be Returned

Most of our gardening products are eligible for return, including:

  • Garden Tools (pruners, trowels, etc.)
  • Planters (indoor, patio, and hanging)
  • Greenhouse Kits & Accessories
  • Flower Supports & Trellises
  • Decorative Garden Stakes
  • Irrigation Systems

What Can’t Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Insect Controls & Pest/Disease Controls (opened or used products)
  • Grow Bags (once used with soil)
  • Hoses & Nozzles that show signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition

How to Return Your Garden Item

  1. Contact Us First: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (use the template below).
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

✂️ Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged/Defective Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days (timing depends on your bank)
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will go back to how you paid (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchange Items: Shipped within 2 business days after return approval

🌿 Exchanges for a Different Gardening Need

Prefer to exchange for another garden product? We’re happy to help! Just indicate this in your return request. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the balance or invoice you for the additional amount.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Allow extra time for international returns to reach us
