- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Great for budget-conscious gardeners planning ahead
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas). Please allow additional time for customs clearance in your country.

15-Day Growth Guarantee
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached

Most of our gardening products can be returned, including:

- Planters (indoor, patio, and hanging)

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Insect Controls & Pest/Disease Controls (opened or used products)
- Grow Bags (once used with soil)
- Hoses & Nozzles that show signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
Step 3: Package Securely
Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged/Defective Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
International Returns: For customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
